Party Wall Surveying Services

White & Lloyd act as Party Wall Surveyors on numerous jobs each month for both building owners and adjoining owners.

We always act with all parties’ best interests at heart, working within the spirit of the Party Wall Etc Act 1996. We are experts in managing the process from the start; from serving notice on behalf of the owners thorough to distributing the final Award documents.

Our intention is to ensure that no party is unreasonably inconvenienced and our Party Wall Surveyors act proactively and diligently to make sure that the awards are written within a reasonable time and with reasonable terms included.

White & Lloyd offers a complimentary service of identifying if the Party Wall Act applies to the works in question, and often carry out the role in addition to one or more of our other services.
