We are highly experienced in providing Project Management Services for all types of commercial and private construction projects, from healthcare to high end residential. As White & Lloyd are also providers of Quantity Surveying and Structural Engineering services, we are able to incorporate this knowledge into the role of the Project Manager so as to ensure that nothing slips through the net. We look at a project from the viewpoint of the client as well as the consultants involved which gives us that all important unique overview in order to provide the best possible service - and result.

Our job is to make the clients life easier whilst ensuring that their needs are met and the construction team is working effectively. We ensure that you are fully informed throughout the project with a detailed programme, risk registers, variation registers and budget reporting.
