White & Lloyd Ltd were commissioned as Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors for a new basement to an existing house in Poplar Grove, Hammersmith.
Our brief included selecting and writing the appropriate JCT Contract and managing the change process and costs throughout the project. We certified valuations on a monthly basis to satisfy the funder, Coutts.
